KEY QUALIFICATIONS

A professional engineer with specialization in water treatment and over 25 years of experience. As manager for large international water treatment contractors and previously director of the largest Namibian water treatment company, Aqua Services & Engineering, he has built up a wealth of experience in the water treatment field, nationally and internationally. As process specialist, he was involved in the detailed design, construction and commissioning of several prestigious projects that have been realized in the water treatment field in South Africa and Namibia in the last fifteen years. He established Aquarius Consult cc in July 2011.

Dr Lempert is also committed to the training of young engineers in Namibia and has spent many hours mentoring Chemical Engineers in both the private and public sector.

Dr Lempert is registered as Pr.Eng with both the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) and the Engineering Council of Namibia (ECN). He is also registered with the Institute of Chemical Engineers (ICE) in the UK and is a member of WISA and WEF.
